Please sign me up for the Pay-as-You-Go Plan - $75 per hour. 
If you need 5 minutes or 5 hours, you are charged only for the actual time spent making any changes to your website. Billed monthly. 

Please sign me up for the 30 Minute Plan - $35 per month for up to ½ hour of website maintenance per month. Payment one month in advance is required for this option. Save $5 per hour over the Pay-As-You-Go plan!

Please sign me up for the Pick-Your-Own-Hours Plan.

I agree to pay the above price for the maintenance plan I have selected. I understand I will not be charged more than the specified amount unless specifically requested or authorized by me. Any additional authorized maintenance over the normally specified amount will be billed at an hourly rate of $60 per hour.

I understand the billing is from the first day through the last day of the calendar month and are sent monthly via e-mail. All payments are due upon receipt. I also understand that requests made on the last two business days of the month may not always be guaranteed to be completed by the end of the month.

I understand that website redesign, adding new pages, feedback forms, animated graphics, banner ads, custom graphics, and/or video/audio are NOT included in any Maintenance plans.

I understand this authorization may be terminated at any time by written notification by me or FainCo Website Services.
